Report Ranks Nantucket First Nationally for Vacation-Home Concentration

NANTUCKET — A new Realtor.com analysis ranks Nantucket first in the nation for vacation-home concentration, reporting that second homes make up 55 percent of the island's housing stock and a typical entry price near $14 million.
