Nantucket Cannabis Advisory Committee Adjourns Immediately, Unable to Reach Quorum

NANTUCKET — May 21, 2026 — Nantucket's Cannabis Advisory Committee adjourned May 21 without conducting any business after failing to reach a quorum. Only the chair and one other participant, identified as Mr. Plandowski, were present at the scheduled meeting; a third member, Miss DeMolina, attempted to join via Zoom but was unable to connect. The chair stated that even had DeMolina succeeded, the required quorum would still not have been met. The committee will reconvene on June 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom, with notice to be posted through the town clerk's office.
