The commission unanimously adopted new sublease guidelines requiring a $1,000 application fee, a 4 percent gross-sales share, and a 75-25 airport-favoring split on above-base sublease rent, and raised the airport's fuel revolving credit line from $8.5 million to $11 million amid rising global fuel costs.
